Who should you contact if your test hasn't arrived
We're sorry to hear that you haven't received your test.
Tests are normally sent out within 24hrs and therefore you should receive them
within 3 working days.
If this is not the case, please email support@omnos.me quoting your order
number or message one of our support staff.
