Typically how long will my results take?
The results turnaround varies depending on the test.
Genes
The Genes test results are available 3-4 weeks from when samples are returned.
Genes take the longest out of all the tests, it is industry standard but we working on making hard on making the standard better!
Although, it is definitely worth the wait, as the results will give you a lifetime value and you will never have to test your genes again, as we would update you with new reports on them as science progresses.
Once your results are ready, we will email you to let you know and they will also be available to see on your genes sector page.
Elements
The Elements test will be shipped next working day and results available approximately 1 - 2 weeks from when samples are returned.

Microbiome
Our Microbiome test will be shipped next working day and results available approximately 2 weeks from when samples are returned.
It's important that Microbiome tests are returned at the start of the week to avoid being held in transit over a weekend.
